

Video Type: About Us Video

The New Leaf Story takes viewers through the origins of the company as recounted by its founders. Filmed at Nexton in Summerville, this shoot was a mix of professionalism and fun—complete with Mexican wrestler and gorilla masks to help break the ice and create a relaxed atmosphere. The result is an authentic and heartfelt narrative that reflects the passion and purpose behind New Leaf Builders.

Video Type: 60 Second Commercial

This commercial is a celebration of multigenerational living, filmed at the New Leaf model home in Nexton. Featuring a real-life grandmother, mother, and granddaughter, this 1-minute spot highlights family moments like a lively video game battle and a twilight Lowcountry oyster roast. Click handled every detail—from scripting and shot lists to talent casting and hiring a voiceover—ensuring a seamless production.

Great Stories



Video Type: 60 Second Commercial

Set in a stunning custom home overlooking the marsh, the Great Stories video showcases the joys of family life. With local actors portraying a family making pizza, playing with puppies, and enjoying the outdoors, the video captures heartfelt moments against a breathtaking Johns Island backdrop. Creative touches like drone shots over the marsh and wheeling our videographer into the action on our Vespa added dynamic energy. Click managed the script, shot list, and voiceover, making this production truly one-of-a-kind.



For a series of community-focused videos, we partnered with New Leaf’s marketing manager, Erin Sinopoli, to highlight their neighborhoods through interviews with salespeople and team members.
